My personal mission within the company is to help the team and the business reach their full potential, identifying and nurturing the unique value of each team member while ensuring we meet client needs effectively. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is helping clients manage their workload. They often have too much on their plates, and I love being the one who gives them space to gain a clearer overview of their company’s status and progress.
A typical day for me starts early, around 6 a.m., when I take care of my pets and make coffee for my husband before diving into my own quick admin prep for the day. Once I’m behind my desk, my focus is entirely on adding value wherever possible. The tools I rely on to stay organized include Microsoft Planner, Toggle, my trusty notebook, and my calendar. My ABC technique is key to staying productive, and I enjoy the pre-admin tasks that help me feel prepared before the day fully kicks off.
One of my proudest problem-solving moments involved a client with an extremely busy schedule who missed a crucial meeting with our website developers. Since I had been involved in the discussions and knew what needed to be addressed, I stepped in and led the meeting in his place. It went smoothly, and I provided him with a detailed recap afterward. From that point on, he entrusted me with managing the entire website project, and I simply kept him updated, which further strengthened our working relationship.
