My day usually kicks off with client calls and working through my to-do list, with tools like Google Calendar, Calendly, and Trello helping me stay on top of things. I also make time for prayer, which gives me a sense of calm and focus. Honestly, managing my calendar and staying organized is something I really enjoy—it helps keep everything on track.

I thrive on problem-solving. Once, a customer needed a phone urgently for an upcoming trip, but it was delayed in shipping. I quickly worked out a solution by arranging for them to pick up a similar phone at a local store, deferring the payment until their original order arrived. They were so relieved, and it was great knowing I could step in and make a difference. Solving issues like that really makes my day—I love making sure everything runs smoothly for my clients.
